Where are you located? Can I buy your products in a store?

The Botanist’s Daughter is an ecommerce business located in North Vancouver, B.C., Canada. We respectfully acknowledge that our business operates on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

Due to limited product qualities, we currently only sell our products through our online website. We hope to see our products in local stores in the future!

Do you ship internationally?

Due to the high costs of shipping overseas, we are currently only shipping our products to locations in North America.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated by the weight and size of package as well as you your location. All costs are calculated in CAD.

Are your shipping materials eco-friendly?

In an attempt to keep our minimize our footprint, all of our shipping materials are 100% recyclable. This includes our mailers which are made of 100% recycled paper.

Do you accept returns?

We are currently not accepting returns at this time. However, please do not hesitate to reach out with any concerns you have. (provide email)

I live in the Greater Vancouver, B.C. area, is there a local pick up option?

Yes! If you would like to pick up your order, please leave a comment at the checkout and we will contact you to make arrangements.

Will you be restocking ________?

Perhaps! When we source our materials/products, we do our best to estimate the quantity that is needed. If we sell out of a product, there is enough interest shown, and it possible for us to source more, we will do our best to do so!

Do you have a newsletter?

Yes! We understand that your inbox real-estate is valuable. If you sign up for our newsletter, rest assured that you will only receive emails when new products launch, or when a product is restocked. If you no longer wish to receive our email updates, you can unsubscribe at any time.
